Ani has never shared with Jhanak that he was taken advantage of by Arshi while he was drunk - he never offered her an excuse. Jhanak will be justified in thinking he cannot let go of his responsibility and hence she does not want to be with him. Everything he has done points to it.

She knows she is committed to the concept of marriage - so she honors it and in her way loves him. J has been very clear from day 1 - she does not need a life with Sirji - if it happens - fine. If not - she will be ok. Thats why she never fights for him.

We can break our heads that she should fight like a typical woman in love - but Leena has never strayed from her portrayal of Jhanak - so we just have to take each ones characters for what they are - dysfunctional and totally unappealing to watch esp for a daily show that is supposed to entertain. Have chalked it down to one of the biggest deceptions and letdowns in my life :)

Yes, Parashar is perfect for Jhanak indeed. Just two epis back he was thinking J made plan with shehri babu to deceive him. Lol

And why just punch Ani? He should kill Ani to prove how perfect he is for Jhanak and then he can have 100 babies with Jhanak. Khush?

So let me get this…Leena means to say that the love that Ani showed towards J was all consuming but still lacking in any real depth…. to be considered worthy…Hmmmm

However Leena can’t seem to show any love by Ani towards Arshi even though he apparently trusts her a lot!!

If I were to interpret the story from the eyes of both J and Ani bashers… It’s this… Ani ko J par trust nahin aur J ko legality in relationship over anything!! But somehow for all this they showed us 500 worth of episodes when this aspect was already pretty much settled at Aag stage but at every stage from then on they were strengthening their bond for it to break at the 5 year mark - Must be the 7 year itch what else can I say? 😂😂

Maybe a last take - I thought maybe Ani was lying to Jhanak to give her closure to move on...but thats not Leena's style. Worst kind of deceit or dhoka the PH has given the audience in slow doses before fully killing the love we once had for a show and a couple.

Apparently Aage wohi toh dikhayenge in remaining epis ….to validate the claims of those who say he only trusts Arshi ….toh ab suddenly uske prati pyar bhi ho jayega 🤷‍♀️😂

that was PR one floating though .. but he didn’t take that & sit & kept accusing J..

but what Ani did today without using his brain .. is not the right thing ..

it’s each time Ani is doing same thing .. still after she proved how much she loves him he can still think like that .. then what’s wrong with PR to be with Jhanak .. so that Ani can regret his whole life for repeating same mistake again & again

Today so easily he said if I take the baby Arshi will not believe me … so J told him to show the recording to Arshi to believe ..

Next moment he is thinking what is this feeling … there is J there is my kid who is my ansh ( he got emotional )

Ashu…woh chalo baad ki baat hain but I would say the point isn’t whether PR is a kind person or not…It’s the stupidity of the narrative that is showing a kind of love where the guy( Ani) has mightily obsessed over his love for a woman but has also kept her wishes paramount at all points of time but the narrative is able to sell to the viewers his jealousy as a turning point in the tale and viewers are buying it!!

They showed PR for 10 episodes but we are convinced he is a good man ( which he very well could be) cos PR hasn’t been been overtly shown to covet J…But PR isn’t the projected central character as yet so why should we compare these two characters as of now? J and PR have lived with eo for more time than Ani and J so it’s natural that J and PR have a good understanding but is that comparable to the relationship that J and Ani considering their history.For that I need to know how did these 5 years pass?

Tomorrow the Ani who hasn’t shown an iota of love for Arshi from the time he fell in love with J but we will believe when we hear him say ILU to Arshi? I know some may say it will be out of spite but

My issue hasn’t been about character flaws which Ani or J have been shown to possess but the underhand manner in which this love story was subverted to make this macabre point…’about jealousy angles that were supposed to be footnotes but became whole chapters suddenly.

It’s natural to react to what the character does and being upset about it but as a viewer I am always looking at what the writer has told me about the character through the entire time and very little convinces me that Ani of today who has spent 5 loveless years with Arshi pining for J whose love he was convinced of thoroughly would want to tell J that Arshi was right about her… A man so petty and I wasn’t able to see that all this while even though I have clearly noted his other flaws like being indecisive, lacking accountability for actions at times, etc

When we as viewers are willing to buy footnotes as prime traits Writers ke balle balle!! They don’t need to work to convince us of anything.

I will give one example… J taking that kid with her - they showed her very steadfast on her principle until then about morality et. but as a viewer we were ready to accept that she will keep that baby with her based on one dialogue of Ani ansh - who is also Arshi ansh -,from which angle was that dialogue convincing? 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
