I mean this Shiv barges into a unknown person wedding and marries her without her will

This kind of marriage is totally illegal

Its very similar to how they kidnap girls from home state (say south or east india) and transport them to villages in north india like haryana and marry them off because girl ratio is low there o

This Shiv is doing similar crime by marrying prathana

But instead of saving prathana and giving justice all are openly supporting him in this crime even police

Shivansh cannot be compared with RV.If anything Prarthana's wedding with Shivansh proves that Raunak and Prarthana's chemistry was a total failure.

RV might have married Purvi by deceit(though even that cannot be supported at all) but the guy knew the moral difference between right and wrong.RV never tried to pry away Khushi from Armaan's life like Shivansh did with Raunak.

Instead RV always made it clear to.Khushi.that he genuinely liked her sibling Purvi over Khushi though Raghvi's love story did not get the desired fairytale ending.

Also RV respected Purvi's choice with regards to her wedding which Shivansh never did with Prarthana.Purvi had doubts right on their wedding venue but RV respected her decision to not go ahead neither forced Purvi to get married to him.

If the CV's never flipped the script portraying RV as some normal male lead then RV could have been the best husband and best ML in the Bhagya series.

RV saved Purvi's mom from the food fiasco and did other good things for Purvi but he never pursued nor gone to the bottom of his troubles as to who was constantly sending him or either his wife Purvi to jail repeatedly on some trumped up false legal charges?

The old RV was a master planner and would have never got trapped by some con artist like Netra.He carefully planned his steps with precision yet respected a woman's choice with regards to the biggest decision of her life-wedding.

Shivansh is just a chauvinistic villain not even a grey character like RV whatever might have been his motivations for revenge.He has got trapped in a lifeless wedding with Prarthana.

RV could have forced Khushi to divorce Armaan and then marry him but RV never stooped to.such low tactic inspite of Khushi's betrayal.Logically.RV should have married Khushi not Purvi.

Khushi even had the audacity to repent on her guilt.and tried to get RV back in her life bcoz she wanted RV's money not RV.

Shivansh's revenge has started on the wrong note itself.He has ended up just being a clone of his evil mom Smita.
