He made sai stay away from pakhi's pregnancy by believing everything pakhi said. The thing is many times sai tried to make him understand pakhi's intentions still he choose to believe pakhi over his own wife.

The fact that he didn't even hesitate to snatch the kid from her to give him to pakhi instead of trying to make a suicidal person get treatment tells a lot about whom he considered the kid's mother.

If anyone believes "karma" in TV shows, they are trying to not face a very BIG fact that content is dictated by numbers. Karma and all is something the audience says to calm their own selves. Doesn't mean the makers feel that way.

Pakhi went on the cliff to commit suicide that's why Sai agreed that she won't be around her, it wasn't because Virat asked her to, it was because Pakhi was blackmailing them

The surrogacy wasn't long in Ghum, it was mostly about Sai vs Pakhi while Virat was doing his job, there was hospital hijacking track, Virat saving everyone etc between all this

Also Sai didn't stay away from Pakhi

During God bharai, in YRKKH Ruhi was the one to involve Abhira while in Ghum, Virat did everything for Sai

Ghum makers protected Virat and blamed everything on Pakhi, YRKKH makers made Armaan do everything on his own and protected Ruhi

Wait are we talking about logic or Virat being a hypocrite, you get no disagreement with me.

Virat didn't have any real grounds to get Sai arrested, but he took advantage of his power as ACP and those officer couldn't disobey their boss. So Sai called his boss the commissioner and she was released from jail. Vinu own was different he was adopted as a stranger and raised, legally Sai won't be recognized as Vinu mother. Sai will have to take DNA test first then go to court, to either get custody of vinu or shared. Sai wanted Virat to just bring Vinu, leave his home and all he ever knew cause she's was his mother wasn't and just wasn't that simple. No one is questioning Virat right on Savi, but that situation wasn't as complicated as Vinu
