Honestly they don't need to change to hinduism or even change the relegion. They just need to be more rational and logical enough to differentiate right from wrong and not blindly follow whatever is written.

I got to know about this Ex Muslim ideology two years back. You know in earlier age when there was no technology. There were people who didn't believe in that religion, just like there are atheist in Hinduism, there were atheist on that side too but it never came out because those people didn't get attention. So we always thought of the positives of that religion because that non believing person was suppressed
