Vikrant doesn't know immediately... he tries to help her but can't find proof.

Her father (who is a criminal) threatens and kidnaps the accountants family and then the accountant takes all the blame on himself...

Mannat will not know how and why he confesses.

Vikrant has set his goal.

And the part where he tells that "agar hum kisi aor ki shaadi ki tayyariyon mein help kare toh hamari shaadi jaldi ho jaati hai" was smooth. His glance at Mannu and that smile while saying that....He is a pro at dropping hints.

He is making sure to stick to the plan no matter what. Poor Mannu was too occupied in thought to notice any of this.

Amidst that ManVik moment, I couldn't help but scoff at Malla girl who's neck deep in delulu land.
