Yep exactly this....baccha is just a background prop for the most part.....usko lekar discussion hogi, arguments honge, but bonding toh sirf Runak ki hoti hai jitni bhi honi hoti hai story mein

Yes, that pic is cute too but totally understandable why fandom feels repelled by the background of that kid in the story.....lol Leena has left no stone unturned in constantly rubbing that kid's conception and parentage in the face of the fans and whitewashing a crime by hiding it behind an innocent kid's existence.
