You're right. He once told Mannat that he won't let his wife bear any burden. She whoever that be will only have to bear his pyaar-ka-load.

Even before he had any romantic interest on anyone, he had set this bar of how his bond with his would-be-wife be. And what kind of a man he would be to his woman. That definitely came from witnessing the bond his parents share.
