Think Mannat understood but too soon for her to accept. Vikrant has to sit down and talk to Mannat calmly and then accept his feelings atleast with his dad.

Both are borderline confessing so chalta hain, Vikrant kind of gave a hint jaise words, Mannat got so worried and hugged and told him his health is very important to her.
