True. But it's also because (bitter truth) global platforms like X and instagram are more developed than the Indian platforms. No body promotes the Indian apps on a larger scale and thus many don't even know about their existence (like I didn't know about this app). People here lack the sense of being Atmanirbhar. Maybe a partial ban on global apps and full scale promotion of Indian apps will help draw attention towards the Indian platforms and people will eventually learn to be more open and comfortable in using Indian apps than the global ones

Even if there has been unfortunately 1-2 civilian deaths (highly doubtful) that's because terrorists have the habit to civilians especially women and children as a cover for them
