Don't know exactly, but I'm sure they won't repurchase Rutu.

They may fill their quota with whom they want and release the rest as per their requirement. And some new ones they will pick up from auction also.

The Capitals are in all sorts of strife here. No runs to speak of and three down inside the powerplay on a wicket that's supposedly good for batting.
