Exactly this is the way I want abhira to react to armaan . Because it is high time. He is just shouting and blaming her unnecessarily.

Accidentally opened rishta tag on X. People are busy on defending armaan's toxic behavior towards abhira and his new found pookie obsession with trauma card. But when it comes to abhira, she is overacting, being stupid and dumb. Why? She is also traumatised regarding this bachcha matter. She is the one who is constantly recieving taunts over her fertility issues, even from her own husdband. But its swept under the rug. Now out of nowhere, armaan's childhood trauma has come out.

For me, both are being ridiculous....I am not biased...Both are doing bachcha jhaap is equally irritating to me, regardless of who is doing that. They both need to go for therapy before becoming parents....

You are right! When it is abhira ppl call her out but when it is armaan many ppl don't. Even in this other than this thread spoiler thread many and most threads or post are made negatively on abhira. I feel this is the only space for people like me who love abhira. I mean the character is so good it was so close to reality . We are faced with so much trauma as a women. But abhira faced so much more than ruhi. Because she never had a family to support her. She faced it all alone. Armaan keeps changing places when he needs her she is there. But when she needs him the writer convienently leaves her alone many times. They have completely ignored how much she faced alone. On the other hand ruhi is given so much sympathy but she had a good childhood raised in luxury the poddars never questioned her for anything. She easily became the fav bahu after all she did. 🙄

Well, I've seen people defending Abhira's actions too, justifying every wrong like giving reasons for her not strongly condemning her brother's actions. Armaan's actions don't disappoint me more than Abhira's actions maybe because I can't stand her crying and doing nothing for herself, I can't stand her one-sided approach. For me they destroyed Abhira more than any other character and that's the reason that even with the changed story or shifted focus can't get back the desired viewership, backbone is weak, Abhira's character is weak because of writing. Whoever is writing for Abhira is giving least retrospection to her emotions like empathy, pain, breakdown, disappointment, sadness and most of all she doesn't get frustrated. Sensibility and morality, Abhira had once, is also out of the window now. Even Ruhi with all her flip flops, is now a better character than Abhira tbh because they gave reason behind her actions but there is no reason for Abhira's actions. She only blames herself or is always in guilt. Why there is no reason behind her actions or pain? Abhir the person she is supporting is turned loathsome but Vidya mata who was once loathed, is turned better character than Abhir (maybe to justify the support she is getting), nobody would support Abhira who is biased towards cheater, two-timer like Abhir. I sometimes feel even uneducated female characters like Gopi bahu or Anu mata are better than her.

It's because I like Abhira's character more than Armaan's character. Though I love Rohit and Sam as actors. I didn't started watching the show or invested my time, to see this Abhira. I'm not a blind fan to support her condemnable actions and most of all her doormatism. For me, if a woman is not fighting to be treated well or if she is enabling that behavior towards her repeatedly, she herself is to be blamed. Abhira toh doesn't feel any frustration or disappointment. She doesn't fight back equally, or has no expectations to be treated well infront of staff or family.
