But the fact is Vikrant is the reason Mannat is alive ever since he saved her when she was a baby ..

They are soulmates and Neetu is just an obstacle in their path ..Manvik will come out stronger

And self respect is definitely there but it’s upto Mannat to decide ..the way makers have written ..she will act like that ..it May appear brutal to show FL getting slapped..but then it’s Neetu who is harming her own son and standing by a rapist to save her own son from disowning her ..

I somewhat agree with both of you here.

Yes self respect is very important but sometimes when it comes our loved ones we tend to forget that. And as such Mannat is very self respected girl. We have seen her with Malla and even with Vikrant. She always denied any favours from them. After that theft accusation she was ready to leave house but stayed because of Vikrant. See he demanded his money back so she can stay. He knew she has a self respect and she proved that by saying yes I will return your money. After Bobby’s truth also she was not ready to come back but came because of Vikrant.

See she is very much attached to Vikrant. She doesn’t realise this but we viewers know it’s their childhood connection.Vikrant saved her when she was a baby. They are soulmates and they will be together no matter what.

Be it Neetu, ARS, Malla or any other can’t separate them. They can have momentarily separation or arguments but they always find their way towards each other. If you see they have always emphasised on this soul connection even the way they always hold pinky finger. It always reminds me that night when he saved her.
About Neetu there is nothing to say. She is indeed crazy and don’t even realise that she is harming her own son in the name of love. Putting his life at risk and even have audacity to blame Mannat.

About slap ya that was very bad. Good for Neetu that Vikrant was unconscious. We know he would’ve stopped her. See he respects ARS a lot but though he was angry at Mannat for that coffee fiasco but he didn’t let ARS hit Mannat even Punnu during Bobby’s case. I am sure he will say something to his Mom if he finds out. Let’s wait for the episode 🤞

But TBH I do want Mannat to leave from there and stay somewhere else. Vikrant can go and meet her there making Neetu more insecure 😜
