It's dhokli from atta and tur dal is used.
Bengali version is different dhokar dalna something.
Have eaten both dals
Rajasthan another one is gatte ki sabzi.

In some rasse or gravy type sabzi they added khandvi and patra

My cook made thin batter of besan and sort of cooked like omlette
And gravy was normal onion tomato gravy
So this omlette type of pieces were added to this gravy
I liked this taste
