It's because of DPI or Port blocking. But this selective ban shouldn't be done. Bring everyone together. No discrimination should be in this.

Port didn't block I'm using tik tok through vpn
There are other firewall settings too.. I am not going to go in too technical details. But yes use karne wale toh kar ho lenge.
