A hard agree. There seems to be nothing beyond that show on that subreddit. They keep on posting about the same actors, the same relationships and the same catfights. It's almost as if they haven't seen any other show or face during the entire decade, man.

As someone who hasn’t seen IPKKND but have seen enough clips to know the story, Barun & Sanaya are good actors but there’s no need to compare them with HC. There are in different leagues honesty

Even if Shahi has written the script public watch for the character and actor. If Abhimanyu does things which are not acceptable, woh toh gaali khaayege na ? As someone who’s paying for the shit they are putting on screen I’m allowed to criticise the character right ? Woh bhi nahi kare insaan toh kya kisi ka taarif hi karte rahe because he’s a good actor and he has done good shows in the past ?

as a regular in rishta forum u have to know the criticism wasnt just at the acting or character. a group had personal vendetta against him its evident from vile comments. as if he is a mass murderer or killed someones cat

Harshad was changed to a supporting character straightaway from the male lead. Sudhanshu was never the male lead but his screen presence was the strongest in Anupamaa. Their characters were butchered by PH in a way they had no other option to leave. I've been used to this since mid 2000s when Ekta changed male lead from one character to another in the show, maybe that's why I'm not finding all this as shocking.

There was major offscreen drama and favouritism in Rishta gen 3 which impacted the story. Leap 2 got good trps. But makers overlooked and dragged the story with the new character. HC made the right decision by leaving that PH which didn't give lead treatment to both FL and ML. There is a point that audience will tolerate and wait and after that they just lose the interest. I did not see any attempt from Makers side to fix the story after Abhinav's death. No veterant actor, who is passionate about the roles they take, can tolerate rubbish tracks they showed.

Some might say for business, PH will do anything and it is natural, supporting them mostly instead of actors. But actors' pov and their expectations need to be considered & maintained at least the bare minimum from PH side. That's how an organization manage himan resources. Actors are not slaves. They are no less than employees in the coporate sectors. When they get exploited they also leave the organization. Just like how fans support PHs does anyone support employers? Nope. Majority criticises them. Employers need to adopt humane principles to retain employees. It is the same for PHs when it comes to retaining actors.

@Bold: Absolutely! They are unhealthily obsessed with these shows somehow, which honestly, on retrospective aren't that gold that they make them out to be. They're equally toxic shows. There's much much better stuff television has churned out in all these years. Also the same posts about a certain actors' divorces and the same old fandoms. Goodness! I hate that subreddit. It's so annoying.

yesterday there was a hate topic on mohit sanaya (mjht couple) did you see?

absolutely unnecessary like loaded people like them will waste time slogging 14 hrs in ghatiya serials. also sanaya is quite chilled she probably dont want to work how mohit is holding her back is fanfic level delusion

ipk i just dont understand...i am sorry bt in asur2 barun sleptwalk through the show. arshad warsi wayy more senior than him was fantastic. asr was as*hole. khushi was manic pixie dream girl who forgave abusive husband. kuch rang a level lesser than this serial bt once again a forgiving girl with an ahole husband. u see the pattern?

Yes I’m aware. The age shaming / bullying, vile comments is too much. Rishta forum mein mehmaan hoon regular nahi just like in Maaaaa forum. See I’ll be honest and tell you personally I dislike both the shows toh mein sirf meme or jokes ke liye aathi hoon
Forum ka mujhe zyada patha nahi but I assume you have a twitter account. Trust me the people who’ll personally attack because someone happened to criticise Abhimanyu are plenty. I was referring to them only not the ones who think because they don’t like a character, it means they have a free pass to insult / demean the actor. Mujhe unse koi lena dena nahi. I hardly criticise anyone personally let alone actors.

Oh yes. That post was in such a bad taste. They're just crazy people with nothing much to do in life really. They're so delusional somehow that they start fighting with strangers online for the fictions they've created in their minds.

They hail mid acting like anything and start abusing every other criticism. They'll downvote you to hell. What the heck! The shows they hail so much have such irritating characters that you'll get exasperated at their antics. They probably watch and love characters that are like themselves. Irritating oxymorons without the "oxy".
