Actually he didn't treat him. He just gave a generic medicine for the pain to subside and asked them to consult a specialist soon after. Doctors do their specialisation, Gynaecology in this case, only in M. D. All doctors know how to treat general patients in case of an emergency.

Yup, Savi didn’t acknowledge Ishan in her last speech, I mean leave him but the makers also didn’t put any acknowledgement for Isha and Shantanu too who treat savi like daughter especially isha.
