They have made every profession a joke .

Actually he didn't treat him. He just gave a generic medicine for the pain to subside and asked them to consult a specialist soon after. Doctors do their specialisation, Gynaecology in this case, only in M. D. All doctors know how to treat general patients in case of an emergency.

Also, the way Savi never acknowledged Ishaan also to be a part of her IAS success and journey, the markers could also make Neil the same way - forget Teju in some important moment! Ganja can do anything to be in business.

ITV these days has become - watch at your own risk!! You never know who will be replaced or dead and who will be brought back. They never stick with the plot anymore, just stick with TRP

Yup, Savi didn’t acknowledge Ishan in her last speech, I mean leave him but the makers also didn’t put any acknowledgement for Isha and Shantanu too who treat savi like daughter especially isha. So you can see how much of a clown this PH is. They just forget things like Neil remembering Teju just like that.
