It just showed, how much of these small things also she remembered and acknowledged. I guess they showed the hand scene, to symbolize that Nashwa is totally free from Barkhat house and now she is going to take control of her life and be with the person of her choice .

BTW how much time leap would have taken place in the last scene. I guess 3 or 4 months would have passed. I am assuming Nashwa would have completed her iddat too. That's why she was free

oh yes, now that you mention it, she took him to the same spot. Nashwa initiating the hand hold was akin to saying I love you to Burhan.

It felt like she went with Burhan the next day and she was still most probably married to Ammar. Why would she wait that iddat period to confess her feelings to Burhan

We can imagine it was after the divorce and iddat period, if any of us has a problem with that. I don't 🙈

No, I don't think it will be in line with Nashwas character to confess her love to Burhan the very next day. She was shown to be honest in whatever relation she enters. Even though she never loved AMMAR, but she respected that relationship, so she never let Burhan touch her after her marriage.

I think they showed clouds moving, and also in the 2nd last scene, in the car, the voice over was giving the status of Ammar in past tense. Hence I am assuming it would have been a leap of 3 to 4 months. Why didn't they show that.

BTW this also was so cute, Nashwa never liked to sit in the car with Burhan, but yest she herself stopped his car. Burhan was also surprised.

Now their happily ever after life after Marriage can only be imagined by us. I wish they come with QEJ 2, now with full focus on Nashwa and Burhan life. They can show the ups and downs of their professional life , how they tackle it and are victorious etc etc. I am sure they will have some sort of differences of opinion in their cases, how they sort it out. They might even get death threats, as they are criminal lawyers. How they deal with it I wanted to see all that.

Nikkah conducted under force is invalid and they never consummated their marriage. Rapist got arrested the next day.

I think they consummated, otherwise they would not have shown Rukhsati. She also said to Burhan, i fear the next generation to become another Bisma or Nashwa. Why would she talk about next generation when she has not consumnated?

Thank God they didn't show pregnancy.

I think their marriage lasted for 2 months, because Hadi was 2 months old when Asad was murdered. And their Rukhsati happened when Hadi was born.

All said and done, but I do believe Ammar was a much better human being than Bakhtiyar and Dado. Not justifying his actions or supporting him, just a general crux of his character. The fact that he realised his mistake, shows his goodness. Unfortunately his crimes cannot be forgiven. Wished they had shown Maheen murderer too. We have to assume it is Ammar only, as it was his car.

I am sure Bakhtiyar has still not realized his mistake. Actually QEJ 2 can be made with Bakhtiyar still being the villain and making Nashwa and Burhan life a hell.

Beenish was at her Rukhsati and she wouldn't be there if Hadi was just born. You have to stay at home for fourty days or something

I thought the same, that 40 day thing is a weird role that I have heard about related to culture it religion in Pakistan.

I think 40 day rule is for death. Even I am not sure. I never knew it was after delivery. This is the first I am hearing.

Anyway I think their marriage lasted for 2 months.

And you really think, Ammar would have spared her for 2 months 🙄

The ending was not changed, since they shot it in Nov itself.
