I see three different scenarios that are possible for this sudden change of heart for ARS which will lead to bobbys conviction:

1. Mannat got to know through probably Shalini that ARS was behind the freezer kaand

2. Nakli sonia khanna ki conscience jaag gayi after seeing what all ARS had done to Shalini so decided to blackmail ARS in order to help Mannat

3. ARS had goons attack Mannat which she got to know and is now leveraging it against her. Hence the chot on Mannat’s forehead in the promo!

Dragging out justice with the court case is so irritating, maybe that’s why so many feel-good bts have been released, to show us there’s a very fine silver lining after a month’s difficult viewing, but wait a bit longer 😩

Evidence to convict Bobby is sadly lacking - No pen drive confession, Mannat’s necklace DNA test falsified, kitchen DNA tests falsified, Shallini repeatedly said she couldn’t remember, then gave testimony blaming Derek. All cctv footage lost (Mezbaani & Mrs Burn and party), all other Mezbaani kitchen evidence destroyed. Wife & relatives giving cover-up alibi. ONLY Mannat’s accusation atm.

ARS may have sent goons after Mannat as last ditch attempt to delay her attending in court (hence head injury) though no idea why Vikrant’s wasn’t with her, probably Neetu/Malla distracted him. I sensed when Mannat got the falsified test results she was immediately very suspicious why it only showed Shalini’s dna and no-one else’s? So maybe she’s tracked down the unscrupulous official and pressured him to own up to ARS’s bribe, which she uses as the leverage against ARS to give evidence in court? In return for keeping her own involvement out of it?
