How and why will jail happen?

The SiShi plan or rather Sid's plan is to make sure the day of the divorce is same as the wedding. J is actively involved in the process getting the updates, so she may try to get it postponed. She wants a clean slate. In the worst case if Arshi does not show up for the divorce, then J will definitely not marry unless she sees the decree. So on what grounds will Ani be arrested? He will definitely have to explain/console/nakabandi J to stop her again from escaping. They will just have to postpone their wedding date and explain to the cops that the marriage was fixed on mutual agreement divorce.

It seems like a hair-brained idea just like Bip's, coming from a business tycoon is ludicrous.

They have shown that distinction so clearly in the way Ani CRAVES Jhanak's company like he's never craved the company of anyone else.

Ani ke liye the shaadi is just a formality at this point....but for Jhanak it is a precursor to moving forward in their rishta or atleast that's what she's saying...but as always woh kamzor ho jaati hai Ani ke pyar ke saamne and beh sakti hai easily unless they are interrupted by outside forces

I think Jhanak still holding because of kashmir night and after math effects.

Didn’t even showed them in restaurant eating & flirting there .. direct bedroom romance & Ani seems to be can’t control his feelings & emotions now given chance he’s getting touchy touchy & kissing

Their intention seems to be to make this divorce a messy court battle that drags on as much as possible...and uske during Ani pe cheating ke allegations lagaake is sabko aur ugly banaya jaa sakta hai.

Didi ne jaise apni story sunaayi hai, definitely sounds like they want to build a case for domestic abuse/cheating and uske basis pe Ani ko drag karenge court mein.....intent is not just to stop Runak shaadi but usse bhi aage Ani ko harrass karna chahte hain legally.

Does she spoke about Runak kashmir marriage and annulment.
