I think it's loneliness. Void that Rohit s absence has created that she wants to fill desperately. In her yesterday s dream , her dialogue is "Meri help karo Armaan. Ye akelapan mujhe katne ko daudta haa". Armaan is obviously taking care of her because he can sympathise with the loss of losinga love one and also because she is carrying his and Abhira s baby. Ruhi is misconstruing it in her subconscious mind as something else

Lol love how in her loneliness the first person she starts dreaming of to fill the void is a married man who she saw getting “horny/lusty” with his wife and didnt even spare her a second glance 😂😂

Same can be said about Ar's pov also.. And not expect it to change the moment Ab's pov changes..

Till today's epi there is no such indication that Ar will ever choose Ru or in that matter baby too over Abhira. Yes he is bounded by the responsibility given by Rohit, but is still able to think in somewhat rational way( RN much more than Ab) So lets see future epis mein kya hota hain..
