In the Tamil Og of Pandya stores, they had a track where the Dhara equivalent is pregnant and also has breast cancer …she keeps her illness a secret because she doesn’t want to undergo treatment ..since it will impact the foetus .::they could well do a variation of this for Abhira ..,
