Both the yellow ribbon and the message/block options on the hover card will be making a return in our next update, most likely by coming Tuesday.

Thank you. Also in buddy list all you see is a person's pic and their IF level (like Dazzler), but not their name. I have to hover over each pic to see that detail. Can you please bring that back?

Even in profile visitors list UN is not visible. Just the IF level and Profile Picture
