Only when you specialize aka your MDs, you’ll need the help of a person who’s practising in that field — otherwise any practising doctor can help you with course work. DJ should have pointed it out to her infront of everyone , clearly telling her first year subjects .. and tell her exactly can she only focus on Gynaecology in the first year and ignore other subjects

Dean knows it .. now if you start taking private tuitions from other teachers connected to the same college .. students and professors may call you out for influencing your exam results…as you had prior knowledge of questions.. so it’s better you keep your interaction as limited as possible outside the campus .
