Not even the most radical Muslim cares if a non-Muslim eats pork. Beef is offensive to certain Hindus because of their faith connection to cows & buffaloes. Muslims avoiding pork is about hygiene belief, not divine worship, they’re not out here calling pigs their mother.

I'm not talking about muslims caring about Hindus eating pork. I'm talking about muslims caring about muslims eating pork.
If it's only about hygiene then if pigs were hygienically bred would muslims be okay with eating pork?

tbh, I think it goes way beyond just how pigs are bred lol. Speaking as an ex-Muslim who eats pork regularly, never once have my practicing Muslim friends cared what I eat.

@ bold - exactly. It's about religious beliefs. Just like muslims believe pigs to be dirty and not worthy of being eaten by Muslims, Hindus consider Cows sacred and not to be eaten due to respect.
Secondly, I would like to ask - did your muslim friends not care about you eating pork while you were muslim too? Or they just didn't care after you became ex muslim?
