One search and google threw up so many cases where the accused is let off because he agrees to marry the victim.

Logic I am guessing is the victim is taken care of, and can live with 'respect'

What Mukta said is not wrong... courts do suggest... but that doesn't mean it's right???

Why should Puneet marry a person because his father was a criminal?

Why should Puneets life be played around with?
