From the very first day of the marriage, she’s been biased toward Nandini and always subtly taunts Kavya behind her back.
Today's episode gave me a feel that jeeva is already fallen out of love with Kavya... Maybe it was their nibba nibbi phase. I haven't seen few episodes direct today's. He looked more loved up/ guilty towards Nandini in his dream. Like he didn't explain his side to anyone but Nandini.... Why? They're totally setting up Nandini jeeva love angle, where he realizes kavya wasn't his true love.
