I think she was distracted because of all the happening at Shalini’s place and next moment she asked him about Derek. She is confused also because of Shalini’s panic attack when she saw Saluja’s and Raisingh’s on screen. You can clearly see her body language she is contemplating about how to ask him what she is thinking at the moment.

Everytime Mannat steps into Saluja Mansion...
