If the surrogate child is going to be a boy then he might be named Rohit, if it's going to be a girl then I don't think her name will be Akshara or anything related to that.

Mostly the child with Abhira (i.e. either Abhiru's child or Abhira's biological child) will be named Akshara.

I guess the child with Ruhi might be named Ruhaani.
