I have a different opinion. It's a little dark. See Ammar is not a rapist (let's wait for the court). He didn't mean it for Mahi or plan it. But he did hinder and enable the way it was handled after. Like not checking in with her and where she was or police ko bolna or just continuing being in that evil group. Protecting them!!! Instead hid the information! That was just inhumane. That was evil.

So, I have this feeling that Bakhtiyar's deal didn't only include a nikkah.... something happened during the time she was gone during the mayon. Or the night after the ruksati.

Both Ammar and Nashwa are acting just too strange for only a nikkah. Nashwa's behavior isn't just of that. Also, the way Ammar is behaving...the anger, the hurt and when he was thinking outside at night...

Something else happened but I'm not able to put my finger on it.

It's just their body language is so so different that it can't just be about nikah or khula. Or maybe it is and I'm just reading it wrong. There is nothing there.

It is just hard for me to believe that Bakhtiyar will only make them sign papers. As creepy as it sounds and by the way he commands Ammar or cuts deals with Nashwa, he probably made them agree to more.... Like something right away after signing or something Bisma's ruksati

Can the scene of Nashwa in Ammar's room in the bridal attire be from the night of Bisma's ruksati. Will be a flashback scene during next week's reveal? Like after Burhan leaves when she doesn't agree to for to his home? Because the very next morning she does go with breakfast!

I felt she was so scared and just shaking in that balcony scene with Burhan....

I'm getting a bit of a shiver.

But again, it's just guessing. Because in QeJ theories rarely come to life. Which is good. It keeps the surprise intact.

You think it's consummation instead of rape and it somehow has Bakhtayar behind it.

It's something on that note. Otherwise, the difference in body language doesn't make sense as you mentioned. You know what that means for future episodes 👶🤢

That means the show is going to take a distasteful turn which I didn't sign up for. The show was nicely balanced with light moments so far.

I find it so hard to swallow that Burhan being a lawyer and knowing the family history so well don't figure out that there was a deal or something. Does he not know especially being in court that when people take cases back or suddenly don't want to proceed that there are threats from outside the court to secretly settle? Someone who's not a lawyer would know such things! He thinks the family just agreed with no strings attached???

Asim, I'm disappointed that he has known them for what? like 50 years now? He knows how they are a little too well. How did he not ask Nashwa that beta what did they want in return? If I were Asim I would have thought the Barkat family would want Asim's house as a deal or more of their ancestral land!

Both Asim and Burhan should have said okay what is the catch? It was too obvious. This was a bit of a weak plot angle for me. Chalo let them not figure it out but at least make them wonder..

I feel the writer put the plot aside for a bit after Bisma's wedding! Instead of starting the court case and all that she's showing us this sudden strong ashiqi from Burhan..it was okay and needed but not two full episodes! One episode would have been good enough.

I feel and this is just my very rare opinion (all the girls on IF and X will probably think of crucifying me sorry girls) that the writer is a bit biased towards Burhan as it's based on her father who was murdered....I think giving Burhan that closure or making him just too perfect with no faults (have we seen Burhan ever making a mistake?) is her way of honoring him. I respect that but at the same time some layering of his character would have been nice. I'm not saying make him grey or evil. But show a fault or two.

Asim, he waited always for Bisma, he loves Nashwa too but Asim has faults and weaknesses. He feels like giving up. He has gila shikwa with Bisma. He can stand up to Baktiyar but also is hesitant...these things make him so human..

I'm sorry to say but it reminds me of another drama...I was so invested and then a character was almost butchered and a kid came out of nowhere

You know what? This is why I love Umera and other published novelists work.

Novel has a quality and cannot be just changed. It was written decades back.

And even when a good writer writes for a channel, they have no control over the script! Channel and producers have full control. Can anyone believe the writer who wrote Diyar e dil, yakeen ka safar as novels will write a script like meme se mohabbat? That's an insult to her brain

MSM is doing so great because they found the mindless nasal formula and it's working great. I can't fully judge because after a long day people need a break from reality and need something that will it makes no sense but is very cutesy...I guess.

Also, I feel a drama like SMD could have been saved. To make it so scandalous was a purposeful choice by the producer and the director. They did have control of how to steer the project and they chose shock factors lol. Wrong move in the long run.

Like horror movies with jump scare are cheap while a movie with a strong theme and appropriate scare is iconic.

I Sadly don't see an iota of love in her eyes for Burhan too. Leave aside Love, not even an iota of respect. So yeah I don't want Burhan and Nashwa to end up together. I hope Burhan leaves Asims house in the end. Because it will be awkward for Nashwa and him to stay under the same roof. I just want him to go back to UK. In that way he will even be able to forget Nashwa. More than Nashwa being alone, I want Burhan to be single and move on. I only hope they don't butcher his character now and make him revengefull. Dont know why will he defend Ammar

And yes I don't know how writter is claiming that Audiienxe will cry for Ammar. Unless there is a big twist, that every thing was done by his Friends and he was doing everything as per their instructions just to save his life because he was made to believe that he has also committed the crime. But he will soon realize his mistakes and admit to all his mistakes and free Nashwa. He may or may not die.

One of the most bizarre thing about ptv dramas are these forced/izzat bachney wali marriages. I never seen a single such example in real life. Ofcourse, i expected a lot from a character like nashwa. Jo dusron ky liye stand lena janty hoon, unko apney liye stand lena bhi ataa hai. Yup her secret marriage with amaar was not that relatable with her character but i would give her benefit of doubt too.

She did all this just because of her mother, kabhi kabhi insaan apno ky liye weak padh jata hai so maybe nashwa bhi padh gayi. But i wish she would have fought for herself. Bhaag jaati, kuch bhi karti but marrying amaar secretly was not expected from a character like nashwa.

Anyways, i don't want to feel bad for amaar. Sorry but porey dramey main usko villain bana ky last main hero bananey kaa kya faida. Yan toh uski redemption pehly sy hi start kardety toh hum kuch relate kar patey amaar sy but now even if he will be innocent, i will not feel anything for him.

And for burhan nashwa, i think that they are younger version of bisma asim. And their fate would be same like them.
