Nashwa is in Ammar's nikkah. She needs a divorce from him to be completely free even if he is in jail.

Normally, you can have the right of divorce in your nikkah(khula). I doubt Bakhtayar would have let her have it.

I am scared. They can randomly drop pregnancy track on us and we will be left contemplating whether it was r*pe or not. They are not going to outright show it

That will certainly go with the story progression so far that Nashwa is going through everything that Bisma went through.

She doesn't have the right to khula. You have to specifically mention it in your nikkah as a clause and she got nikkahfied in a rush without anyone present from her side. So, she can't take khula.

Burhan will make a deal that Amaar divorces her if he is able to defend him.

Honestly, I don't like this. What's the guarantee he will divorce her if he gets free from jail.

They have done it yaar 🤢🤮. Even if they don't show pregnancy, it doesn't matter. The fact is Ammar has forced himself on her. That's why Nashwa is broken 💔. She is actually dead from inside.

And how can Burhan be so foolish to Trust Bakhtiyar? What is the guarantee that Bakhtiyar will let Ammar Divorce Nashwa

Also Anika in her interview, gave some hint about Burhan being a grey character. He is not completely white. So now I am scared, he is defending Ammar out of revenge

That is something which would explain this drastic change in her personality.

You need two witnesses for nikkah, it doesn't matter from whose side. Also technically, Bakhtayar is from Nashwa's side.
