Mujhe toh bahut pehle gussa aana band ho gaya hai....like I say usually, the script is so OBVIOUSLY desperate and pathetic in wanting to forcibly prop up Arshi, one can only laugh at them

But Arshi's question to him was about whether he thought she will be a housewife after shaadi....it had nothing to do with reason of the shaadi....so why would Ani have raised that at that point?

He answered directly only ki I don't even waste my energy thinking about you because mujhe koi farak nahin padta.

They gave Ani that dialogue so that Arshi could twist it to say ki haan mujhe pata hai tum sirf Jhanak ke baare mein sochte ho.
