Only Nikki has this problem. Everyone else gels well with Gaurav. Usha tai wants to partner with him, Archana considers him lucky for her, Teja has worked well with him as a pair. And whenever we see anyone getting praised we can hear his voice cheering in the background.

Offscreen also he is around Tai, Faisu, Rajiv.
Maybe Archana likes the fact that he isn’t condescending towards her. Tai and Rajiv have a love hate relationship with Archu.. Nikki and Teja hardly acknowledge her while Gaurav and Faisu r respectful. Gaurav communicates, praises, teases n even scolds but never puts her down

This women has superiority complex Matlab woh Apna advantage use kar raha hai you woh insecure hoga ya. She is such a hypocrite woh jab partner choose Karne ka time aaya toh she wanted to choose tejaswi because woh samosar hai. When tejaswi didn’t get masala correct she didn’t even hesitate to put her down.

And why does she have this misconception that she n Teja r strong contenders? Didn’t hesitate to throw Teju under the bus during spice challenge. Pehle se hi dimaag laga kar chun leti Usha Tai ko..instead she literally snatched Teju from Rajiv

She is a mean and self obsessed person who wants everything in life at any cost. She doesn't care if someone gets hurt in the process.

Forget about Teja , she even threw her own father under the bus. The same father she claims to love, yet she was saying, "He never gave me any luxury and prioritized my brother over me."

A normal person would never do that. Whether it's true or not is a different matter. No sane person talks so poorly about someone they claim to love, especially in front of the camera, knowing that so many people will see it.

This may or may not be scripted, but not everyone will understand that. What respect will her family be left with?

aur agar sabko sab kuch batana hi hai toh bol de ki I don't love my family because of this this reason, phir kuch bhi ho no one cares, but at least don't say that you care for them, care karti toh aaise tamasha thodi banati unka.
