From what I saw in that scene it’s the usual scene of when he becomes despondent she will appear to apply balm but otherwise she is on the offensive…. It is practically pointless to analyse this dynamic - it’s getting weirder by the day.. 🤦🏻‍♀️ like Woman what do you want? This passive aggressive nonsense!!

And for Ani… this sense of helplessness is all ok but the sukoon factor is losing the sheen…almost making him look selfish wanting her before him…despite seeing her abused by all…Then asking her what matters more… Kya thuk banta hain?
Its like both characters are being kept reined in their positions with one having the leeway to just act stupid with all the passive aggressive stuff and the other more boxed in…looking helpless

Since he isn’t free to express more wholeheartedly that he doesnt value the bond with Arshi…to pursue J in the real sense of the word. And/or J has to carry the nuance of propriety ( but behaving willy nilly otherwise except there is no explicit scenes on any impropriety) showing he is accepting the fait accompli…beyond a point this wanting her before his eyes is looking stupid becos the context of a humdard isn’t being explored.. Jhanak also said aapka koi relation tha tabhi bachha hua hain ani hamesha ki tarah kuch nahin bola. Ani ke kuch dialogue sahi tha ager arshi ki jagah koi ladki hotee to kab ki chali jati par arshi ko samajh main nahin aa raha hai ek baar pyar chala gaya phir return nahin hota

True, nothing changes between them. Definitely child will come in ani life so he has to accept his fate but physical relationship with arshi he should clear this misunderstanding to Jhanak but he didn't say anything , they are playing 90 and 10 percent game means ani said you know me 90 percent.this dialogue was really hilarious ☺️
