This is how I imagine Burhan realizing that Nashwa agreed to marry Ammar.

Burhan couldn't quite put his finger on it, but something had shifted. She had changed. The vibrant girl he first noticed on the street, marveling at the birds with wide-eyed wonder, seemed to have vanished. In her place was someone distant, her walls now as impenetrable as iron. He felt the growing gap between them, and it stung—especially now, when he finally felt ready to share his feelings.

What hurt most was seeing who she’d allowed into her space—Ammar. It seemed that wherever Nashwa went, Ammar wasn’t far behind. Burhan could rarely find her without him lingering at her side. But what really stung was how Nashwa didn't flinch when Ammar was near. She didn’t push him away, didn’t shrink back like she did with Burhan. When Ammar appeared, she’d give him a quick glance, but there was no sign of discomfort—no movement to distance herself, unlike the way she always did with him.

His father disagreed. Asim reasoned that Nashwa and Ammar were cousins, and the familiarity between them was only natural since they had grown up together. But that did little to quell Burhan’s frustration. He couldn't help but wish he had been the one to share that time with Nashwa—not Ammar.

Burhan's only solace was that Nashwa wasn't tender with Ammar. Her eyes didn't light up when he was around, and his presence didn’t seem to bring out her laughter.

He had heard rumours of Ammar’s marriage proposal to Nashwa, but Burhan was certain nothing would come of it. Until now. Everyone was gathered at a social event at Beenish’s in-laws' home when Burhan saw them together. It was the little things that caught his attention. Their matching pastel blue outfits—the way Ammar’s sherwani shawl complemented her dupatta perfectly. It had to be a coincidence, Burhan’s heart insisted. But his mind knew better. It recalled Beenish's engagement, where Nashwa and Ammar had twinned in black, and then Beenish's wedding, where they both wore cream with intricate gold details. Occam's razor, Burhan's mind taunted his heart.

Ammar and Nashwa stood with Beenish and some other relatives, deep in conversation with everyone except Ammar. His gaze drifted across the hall, searching for an escape—a chance to smoke and drink without his father’s watchful eye. Nashwa, too, wore a smile, though her thoughts were far from the gathering. She was preoccupied with her case in court the next day when her gaze landed on Ammar’s watch, tugging gently at the sleeve of his sherwani. Without a word, she reached for his wrist and adjusted the clasp, ensuring it sat just right. There was something in the way Nashwa moved that caught Burhan off guard—soft, delicate, yet purposeful. The girl who wouldn't let Burhan wipe a tear from her cheek had been replaced by a woman who seemed already spoken for.

Burhan couldn’t breathe. Nashwa had said yes to Ammar. She had said yes to that Ammar—the one whose wickedness often left a sour taste on her lips. The Ammar who grabbed her wrist and yanked her dupatta like a brute. The Ammar who mocked her without mercy. She had said yes to him.

This is beautiful ❤️ . Please write more.

Fans asked for it. Now these people cannot judge others for asking QeJ writer to change as well.

I'm not saying some TB fans are wrong but they cannot ask others not to do the same thing they did. That's all.

I'm just pointing out both are wrong for trying to h*jack others work. QeJ shouldn't change. It will make no sense after any change.

I'm not talking about anyone from here. I think people here and on IG were mostly respectful during TB. I'm talking mainly about X, where I find incredibly condescending female shippers who are the epitome of double standard and hypocrisy. I cannot excuse age as many of them are fully grown adults.I was saying in general. Overall.I do not know who was here or not on this forum.

The only reason the sponsors wanted to back out was because these so called moral police had an issue with episode 47. They made it trend in bad light hence why sponsors felt the need to make producers change it.

I find it odd that people gaslight concrete evidence and connections and are calling for proof to be dismissed.

Why should we not infer and call on similar examples? That's how we learn, do we not? We understand that if a child isn't corrected later on it will turn into something very big?

Qarz e jaan has a theme of how Ammar Nashwa and Burhan has been raised having an impact on who they are. They didn't just become themselves one day. Same way I was trying to say that everything has an impact and has it root causes

Also, I'm pointing out the double standard. We all saw 47 promo. We all saw them change and everything made no sense after that.

So if Murstasim can be "saved" ( for shipping purpose) and it was already planned that way (writer laughed in IV that maza ayega) then why are people judging others for asking for Ammar's ending to be changed (who's accused unlike Murstasim who was proven to be that).

Why do they have a problem with people asking for QeJ change? - personally I think it's wrong but I want to understand how people are judging others for the same thing they wanted and they got???

My problem is the double standard. I want to say both are wrong. The story should flow as written. The writer in the first place should know if they built up a character in a certain way then suddenly taking a 180 turn is wrong. It's on the writer, producers and actors. But once it's done, then changing it or trying to fix will not make any sense for the reminder of the play. In that case, one shouldn't touch it. Just be aware and learn from this for the next time. That's what I was saying.

Making Murstasim completely bad or Ammar completely good without setting up proper context and situations is a little problematic. Whatever should happen should have some logic and clarity in the end. If it's a mystery like it is in QEJ then it should be explained and handled well. This is not on viewers but on writers and producers. Actors should also improvise only if it makes sense and not give characters their own twist.

And Please don't twist my words.

It seems like any discussion is too much and taken completely out of context and perceived wrongly.

Also, TB ka victimhood is really old now. One needs to quit it.

Using logic, pointing out the double standard (how is Murstasim and Ammar's actions any different? Both groups want(ed) change). This is not hating.

I didn't drag TB. I used TB as an example because of how relevant and relatable both situations are.

I don't think anyone denies the best chemistry ever. The actors are phenomenal. I think people have problem with the fds and shippers and how some of them behave and police others at times.

So, kindly please do not twist words and innocent intentions.

Shayed acha kiya change Kiya. It feels it was both Right and Wrong.

Because it was written in the most stupid way. His actions were opposite of 45+ episodes. M was so grand. Imagine if Burhan did that lol. Totally out of character.

But sad because it ruined the later part of the story and nothing made any sense.

I'm also sad that people h!jacked a writer's story. Let her show what she intended and learn from her mistake. We all learned that if we want to show something so drastic we need to drop clues and hints beforehand.

Or maybe she meant to show his anger turn into something dark. These are her characters and her takes.

This was on writer and producers. But I feel fans have no right to change others creation This is intellectual property!! Good or bad.

But collaboration and taking feedback and exchanging communication between viewers/ consumers and writer/producers is vital.

That is how improvement is made.

Yaaa exactly but one this is that i hated hated that episode abd wish the demand to cut off the scene instead of changing the ending.. i mean i know people shouldn't do it and let write cook but if they sre changing they should have cut that part of kuch aur dekha dete it was too much couldn't relate with anything after that they ruined an amazing character for nothing
