In a way they did. From everything that I’ve read this wasn’t just a badly acted movie. It was also a very badly made movie. That’s on the director and writers, and even the production house as they’re in charge of everything.

I don’t think Karan intentionally sabotaged him. I think once he realized the movie was lost cause he just washed his hands of it and stopped caring.
