Task #5 difficult

How to make Holi Drink

Recipe:-

Ingredients for holi drink

white liquid produced by cow - ½ liter

Smallest sweet cube - 3 tbsp

thread of Crocus sativus flower a pinch for garnishing

transparent, tasteless, odorless, and nearly colorless chemical substance - ½ cup

Rose otto few drops

For Masala:

Prunus dulcis - 20

small kidney-shaped nuts - 15

maw seeds - 1 tsp

Foeniculum vulgare - 1 tsp

Piper nigrum - ½ tsp

Elettaria cardamomum - 5

thread of Crocus sativus flower a pinch

white liquid produced by cow - 2 tbsp for soaking saffron

Making process

Bring white liquid produced by cow to a boil, add in smallest sweet cube and mix well. Chill this till cold.

Soak thread of Crocus sativus flower in 2 tblspn of white liquid produced by cow and set aside.

Take Prunus dulcis, small kidney-shaped nuts, maw seeds, Foeniculum vulgare, Piper nigrum, Elettaria cardamomum in a bowl and pour in ½ cup of hot transparent, tasteless, odorless, and nearly colorless chemical substance over it and soak it for 15 mins.

Now take this in a blender and puree smoothly.

Pour this mix into the white liquid produced by cow and add a tblspn of thread of Crocus sativus flower 's white liquid produced by cow and mix well. Leave this to sit for 15 mins.

Now strain this and add in remaining thread of Crocus sativus flower 's white liquid produced by cow and rose otto. Chill this for a hour.

Serve with some thread of Crocus sativus flower toppings.

Milk - 2 tbsp for soaking saffron

Making process

Bring milk to a boil, add in sugar and mix well. Chill this till cold.

Soak saffron in 2 tblspn of milk and set aside.

Take badam, cashews, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, pepper, cardamom in a bowl and pour in ½ cup of hot water over it and soak it for 15 mins.

Now take this in a blender and puree smoothly.

Pour this mix into the milk and add a tblspn of saffron milk and mix well. Leave this to sit for 15 mins.

Now strain this and add in remaining saffron milk and rose essence. Chill this for a hour.

Serve with some pista and saffron toppings.
