This is why I'm saying that some people are forced hating this drama. Haan like dislike apni jagah hai, par ek fun entertaining drama ko sasta bekaar 3rd class batana that's forced hating. Mene DWGM bhi nahi dekha ab tak but I've seen comments on YT & twitter & they all seems positive & that's why I'm saying for that too that majority of people who are watching DWGM liking it.

Happy you’re enjoying it. But I’m only speaking about my take. Have seen reviews and they’re having same issues with it. I don’t think the concept it bad, just the writing and execution and OTT acting is bringing it down.

Being a Khusshal and Sehar fan I’ve given it a solid effort. But it really tests my intelligence and patience.

You may be on to something there. Sehar and Khushhal individually ARE animated actors so maybe together it’s a bit much. My issues are less with Sehar and more with Khushhal. I think he just needs a new director now. He’s gotten too comfortable with Shahid Shafaat which has limited his range. I absolutely LOVE his body language in all his roles, good looking tou hai hi, and amazing expressions. But the mumbling, dialogue delivery aspect is just not improving over the years. And it’s easily fixable too. So director is probably not pushing him that much.

Green has done well by cutting the problematic scenes. It’s nice when channels hear feedback and implement it. Something is better than nothing.

I haven't seen it yet but based on comments on twitter & YT, people are just not liking it they are loving it. Comedy ka taste har kisi ka alag hota hai, kisi ko Krushna style comedy pasand aati hai to kisi ko Kapil Sharma style. Kisi ko OTT acting pasand aati hai yo kisi ko subtle. If you didn't like the style of comedy the drama has then that's perfectly ok.

Ab jahaa tak chemistry ki baat hai to log to keh rahe chemistry bahut zabardast hai, ab aapko pasand nahi aayi to then again it's perfectly ok.

Concept is nice but still something is missing for me. This is strictly my opinion

If other's are liking it then that's great but for me it's not up to the mark.

I seriously don’t understand the hate. I mean don’t watch the show na and don’t come on the show ka thread if you don’t like it, just to write hate comments. For a Ramzan show it is quite a chill watch and the chemistry is really good. Jinko slow boring regressive stories pasand hai woh Jake shitty MIL or SIL ko dekhe dusre Channel pe and discuss that show there. Why here to comment negatively ? So much free time?

It felt so good that someone on this forum has liked this drama; I thought I would be alone in giving a positive review to IDC in this forum. Ab kya hai ke Sehar ke fans is forum me active nahi hai warna positive comments negative comments ko dhak lete. Saamne Sajal ka bhi ramadan drama chal raha hai, us wajah se shayad negative comments zyada dekhne ko mil rahe hain yahaa. But forced hate feels weird as Sehar herself is a fan of Sajal, & Sajal is her inspiration.

Yaar lots of people on Twitter and insta are enjoying this show. If you take the stars out of the equation, as a rom com it is serving both romance and comedy really well. Especially Gen Z can identify as the characters are very in line with today’s youngsters. Their dating scene yesterday was so nicely done and with all the feels. What was not to like?
