But looking at the precap don't think I will continue watching ...it's turning dark..guess Buji doesn't back off even being in jail...media harassed Arha and Megha falls down and holds her tummy calling for Arjun..then it's shown she is pushed off the stairs ....

I agree.. it was way dark with no light anywhere until buji's exposure in holi.. it's better now. All confusions getting cleared and Megha also told the reality of papaji to Arjun

Manoj shot the gun and Arjun deflected it. Megha wasn't shot but went into a shock and fell down the stairs and got admitted. In the precap, Arjun is beating up Manoj because he hurt Megha again. Where was he impulsive exactly?
