I don't think Mannat is a result of forced situation. I think Sonia tried to get some rich man in her clutches like she did with Gagan, but he used her and refused to marry her when she became pregnant. I feel that is why she couldn't wait to get rid of Mannat because Mannat was not useful for her, but Mallika I think cemented her position with rai Singh's, hence live for her. This is my personal opinion.

It depends on makers...

If they want a redemption track for ARS in future they may go for the forced situation or some tragic situation...

If they decided to remain ARS as the villain ..then they will go for .... dating a rich man and later got dumped while being pregnant wala story...
