For new parents, What to Expect the First Year by Heidi Murkoff is a great go-to. It covers pretty much everything, from baby care to developmental milestones. Another good one is The Happiest Baby on the Block by Harvey Karp, especially if you're looking for tips on calming a fussy baby.
