I don’t think this was PR planned. Yes, their last video went viral but it also got forgotten about in a matter of days. It didn’t stick or cause any issues for either of them to worry about. Kareena specially doesn’t give two poops if people think she’s nice to an ex or not. I think this was genuine and organic. Who knows, maybe after the incident at her home Kareena decided life is too short to keep up any awkwardness out in public.

They are both aware that they have so many cameras on them, they both knew that talking to each other would create a big moment, and that is exactly what happend, the videos of them have gone viral and everyone is talking about it.

I'm not saying that they shouldn't have spoken to each other, they seem to be fine with each other and so talking to each other is completely fine, but this wasn't just a short hello/hi, they were speaking to each other onstage quite alot and stood next to each other for the pictures. It's nice to see that they can have a cordial conversation, but these stars also know the impact this will have on social media.

I agree with all that. But I still think the speaking and having a conversation part a spontaneous decision. Kareena hesitated a little before touching his shoulder a little and talking and Shahid’s reaction in return wasn’t natural either. He was a little surprised.

Is it possible all this was all pre-planned? Anything is possible in this industry . I just believe this was an organic interaction.

Yes this moment has gone massively viral now. I doubt anyone even cares anymore who’s won what awards . I bet KJo is already plotting to ask them to come together on KWK.
