And as far as I know, when the kid was born, it was shown as a baby birl only - isliye exchange kar paaye with the other couple's baby girl.

They are all blind to the fact ki Ani khud wahaan Gujarat mein Vihaan-Jhanak ki shaadi karvaane wala tha after hyping Jhanak to the whole family as greatest girl in the world.....1000 baar sabke saamne bol chuka hai ki uske dil mein Jhanak hi hai, inki aakhon ke saamne Jhanak is the one who always rejects him but sure, she needs to impress him with her goodness and Ani toh kabhi Jhanak ki taraf dekhega hi nahin unless she impresses him
