I actually liked the runner-up banner more than the winning one because the center part seems right out of a fashion magazine

Also thank you to the organizers for the oppurtunity... but I have a request too -

Can hobby based forums like this one, or even others like Music Corner, etc keep more generic themes rather than having to include iconic people? Already serials ke banners me itne log hote hai, then the Bollywood forum and others also... it gets boring to keep trying to fit people in a narrow strip over and over again . Also, just one glance at the topics in this forum tells me that most of the discussion revolves around everyone's personal fashion choices rather than following a particular diva or designer. Shouldn't the banner reflect the same...? At the very least, there should be an area of the banner (say part B) assigned to generic elements only.

Just my two cents... baaki aap logo ko better idea hoga... what other graphicers might feel about this. Nevertheless, it was a fun contest and I liked making these banners too... so Thank you
