Complan and after sometime horlicks too didn't go well with my stomach..So I stopped it...

i do not like milk at all. As a kid I used to make 1000 types of excuses to throw away milk in the sink when mom was not looking , and have horlicks/bourvita/complan by itself

I used to be a bournvita person until school, then stopped being any beverage person until work. Then I was only strong (spirited) beverages (not to be confused with aerated) person at work in India.. and firang land and more specifically the pandemic era (with one of the most stringent and longest isolation rules) with a coffee addict husband made me a coffee drinker. And the only chai I can tolerate is proper kadak masala chai (not the South Indian variation and sure as hell not the firang chai latte).

Omg!! Same!! I cannot, and absolutely will not have plain milk even today!!! It needs to be some other colour than white.. so no oats or any cereal for me still lol!!
