I like this bechara male lead very much. Yes, he's female coded. And I think that's the charm of his character. But he should say to his family members that he loves someone else. There's no point in going to see Juhi.
Shirsha, have you seen Colors Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi? There hero Ranveer was very bechara and cried almost in every episode. But his becharapan was understandable as he loved his master's daughter in one sided manner despite being a driver and driver ka beta and was mistreated by female lead's family. Even female lead blamed him as her sister's molester without even listening to him. Neil, comparatively, is loved by his family and has a prestigious job and status. But Ranveer's character arc was brilliant till Ekta Didi ruined it. The way he was termed a molester just because he confessed his feelings for the female lead, how his parents were tortured just because he dared to love female lead despite being poor and how he bounced back. Ghum se koi ummeed nahi hai but if they could give an arc like that to Neil, mazaa hi aa jaayega. Us show me male lead was just like female lead, poore time sacrifice, rona gaana, chup rehna and all that. But post leap, his character transformation was 🔥🔥And Shakti Arora is one of the best criers among male actors. Bechare ke liye itna feel hota tha us role me.
