That’s the reason she was ready to move to ashram so that the status quo continues.. she now knows her son is well settled and is married to a great girl who loves him .. she was ready to move away .

her life would be much easier now .. she is no more troubled how her son is faring .

Shivani really had nothing to say .. because she was not sure how Armaan would react ..for Armaan Vidya still is more valuable than Shivani


They keep on giving Devki yashoda comparison in Bollywood and itv but they forget that lord Krishna left vrindavan at the age of 11 .. he went back to his birth mother to fulfill his destiny .. he never returned back. There is no mention of yashoda maiya later in his life

So what is the date in Rishtaverse…is it Feb 14th still …or is it 15th since the wedding was on the 14th and they’re talking about pag phere, which is usually the next day ? What is the record for the longest day on ITV? I mean the number of episodes across which a day has been stretched ?

In the present, Shivani recognises that Armaan has bonds with the family ..she is even grateful to Vidya for accepting him as her son …she is not fighting for her right in Armaan’s or Madhav’s life…she feels so othered and she just wants to leave if that will make life easier for everyone …

This is Armaan’s battle now …Shivani cannot and will not be anything more than a mute spectator …but I hope a day comes when she fiercely defends her son against the world …the writer would be doing great injustice to her character if they just used her for this conflict and made her disappear when they decided it was time to make the Poddars seek Armaan and her forgiveness …and then for the great family reunion …after all that Kaveri and Vidya have done, I don’t see how Armaan can ever accept them as a part of his life …he can forgive them yes ..but to say that he will love them like he did in the past and accept them unconditionally as family …that would be a joke !
