Even though we are not happy we should not express it everyday just quietly search for another job and leave the current one. Even after leaving the job you cannot say it in public why we were unhappy at the previous work place .We can join survey anonymously .

I think same thing applies for actors too

Since ZRA is up and I didn't vote...let be honest, Story Joh bhi hai...Amvira ho ya na, there is no one who deserves best jodi except Srijit. Currently couples are all average. Bakhi Zee ka award is kuch bhi so KFPH kisko kya mile. Voilà!
