I find Mannat too complacent. , rather timid .. she’s not behaving like an educated young girl of today should .. and somewhere Shruti is responsible..

This is Mannat edt thread, lets keep the discussion here on what happens on the show only.

I do not agree Mannat is complacent or timid. She fought back against the harassers on her birthday party and doesnt cower to her colleagues. ARS is her superior at work, still she confronted ARS for mixing alcohol in her drink. Although Puneet cannot return to work at London, he have the power to stop others from employing her here.

In this freezer fiasco, Mannat told the full truth and stood by her claim eventhough the evidence is deleted. In real world maybe they can prove the message exchange, but this is itv, ARS can access both their phone. Also, Mannat didnt see who knocked and put her in freezer, its definitely not Puneet.

About itv charts, makers and channel have put money and effort in this show, their stake is higher..am sure they know what they are doing. I feel there is scope for Mannat’s character growth..lets see.

Shruti - Kya yaar, the spine you showed in dressing up & coming to see Mannat, is the strength you should now pass onto your daughter. And to me, she will always be Mannat's mother. ! She fell in love with that little baby the moment she set eyes on her and can never forgive ARS for her vile act. Keerat - Hates ARS because she recognises her manipulation. And maybe she feels ARS is responsible for Ggan's state.

Raveena- Of the lot, she has obviously spoiled her son, and encouraged his superior attitude. We do know that Punnu is the real heir and she is going to get nasty for her son. Vikku ki thappad ki goonj sunai degi....

ARS- The mother around whom the show revolves. Vilest of the vile. What has made her this way? Just poverty, doesn't look like it. Once she knows the truth, and she sees Mall and Mannt, I wonder how she will feel. Acc to the original, it is Mannat who will begin the redemption of her birth mother.

But usse pehle, we viewers ko bahut papad belne padenge. She is not going to get caught out so soon.

In yesterday episode too, Shruti came to Mezbaani and followed them to the freezer company while hiding from ARS. But when she saw Mannat, she ran pushing ARS and refused to leave her child. I liked it. Harneet somehow coaxed her to leave for Mannat’s sake, promising to be with Mannat.

Today, when Mannat become conscious her first word was ‘maa’ and she fell right on Shruti..nice touch, she is Mannat’s mother. Shruti was relieved seeing Mannat, checked on her and left. While the RaiSingh and Saluja seem to have forgotten about the ‘chor’😆

Yes...Cennet. The mother is just as bad there, and Malla is not as close to Mannat in that show.
