Neil ki family toh peeche hi pad gyi hai shaadi ke liye. Jaise uske bina koi aur purpose hi nhi hai bande ka. Neil ka yeh na btana ki woh teju ko like karta hai bhaari padega khud uspe hi samajh nhi rha hai bewakoof. Aur yeh saare pradhans ek se badhke ek irritating hain. Personal space nhi pta kya unko kya hota hai

Bechara aj frustration mein apni sister-in-law ko bohot kuch bol diya. His sister-in-law was shocked because he never talked to her like that before.

Lakshmi is shown as a negative character. But honestly, it's very difficult to accept husband's another wife. If we keep ourselves in her position we'll be able to understand what she's going through. I know it's not Mukta's fault because she didn't know Mohit was married. Otherwise, Mukta wouldn't have married him. And she told that to Lakshmi. But why should Lakshmi believe her words? There was no proof that she was telling the truth.

Also I don't think they're revamping the story because everything is as same as the og bengali series

Also lakshmi isn't shown to be inherently evil. There's a vulnerable side to her which we saw when she was crying. She's basically venting out her years of betrayal and neglect (to the wrong people) but her emotions are justified. Right now only mukta and leena irritate me because for leena there's no backstory to be so possessive/controlling of neil. And mukta because she willingly is becoming a doormat and making her kids go through so much

Alsoo I was watching K3G today and realised this season of ghum gives so much vibes similar to it (except the rituraj angle). Like this ghum ka season has vibes similar to all those movies like kuchh kuchh hota hai, k3G, hddcs, dhadkan and rnbdj.

(Very stupid observation but just wanted to put it through)
